We have been holidaying and travelling in large motorhomes for the last 10 years and visited most parts of Europe.

We found as we travelled further afield that the larger motorhomes were becoming more expensive to run and increasingly restrictive because of their size. Of late, wild camping has become more of an issue and we have ended up on campsites meaning that we don’t need some of the facilities of a larger motorhome as they are on site. On our last 4 week trip to Morocco we took a small campervan with an elevating roof. We found the whole experience more relaxing, travelling costs were much lower and we could use the vehicle easily for sightseeing. Thus, Waveney Campers was born.

The campervans that we have are priced to appeal as a second (or main) family vehicle. With the low roof line there are no problems with height restricters and multi storey car parks. Modern diesel engines make them very fuel efficient and with forward facing rear seats and seatbelts they are ideal for every day use for families and also weekend trips and longer holidays.
